70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling – Noble Rebel Orchard Outburst is a blended malt constructed by Michael Henry and the team behind Loch Lomond and Glen Scotia’s award-winning single malts. It focuses on the apple-and-pear characters that sit at the heart of many Scotch whiskies, using bourbon-cask maturation and whisky made using white-wine yeast to create a whisky that balances zesty lemon and lime with creamy vanilla, layers of orchard fruit and gentle notes of sea breeze.
