70cl / 63.3% / Ferg and Harris – This Tormore spent its early years in a first-fill bourbon barrel before finishing in new oak casks. The result is a whisky with aromas of honey and summer fruits, followed by a palate of apple crumble, orange, vanilla, and spices like cinnamon and ginger.
