70cl / 48% / Elixir Distillers – A six-year-old Islay single malt distilled in 2018 and matured in five refill hogsheads. Bottled by Elixir Distillers under its Single Malts of Scotland label, the nose shows chalky brine and peat, with hints of lime and nettle tea, giving wat to chocolate and coal smoke.
