70cl / 55.4% / Signatory – Made in 1995 at Clynelish distillery, this Highland single malt spent a quarter of a century in a single refill sherry butt before it was bottled in March 2019 by Signatory Vintage for The Whisky Exchange’s 20th anniversary celebrations. Balancing notes of rich dried fruits, dark berries and warm oak spice, this is a sherry-bomb with oodles of character.
