70cl / 59.1% / Distillery Bottling – This single cask Glenallachie was finished for four years in a particularly good quality new oak cask and bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange. You will find aromas of pecan pie, demerara sugar and fallen leaves, give way to sawn oak, cinder toffee and cashew.
