70cl / 50.7% / Distillery Bottling – This old, discontinued bottling of Highland Park 25yo is a really complex dram, with a rich sherry palate intermingled with spices, honey and smoky malt. Excellent after a heavy meal with a fine cigar, this is a sipping whisky to be savoured.
