70cl / 45.9% / Distillery Bottling – Valkyrie is the first of Highland Park’s new Viking Legend series. Richer than the 10 and 12yo, the emphasis is on rich spice and aromatic smoke, with plenty of heather-rich Orkney peat. The subsequent Viking Legend bottlings are Valknut and Valhalla.
