70cl / 57.1% / Gordon & MacPhail – This 1995 Tormore from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail was matured in a refill sherry puncheon for 28 years. Aromas of hedgerow fruits, shavings of dark chocolate, and creamy coffee give way to toffee, stewed apple, soft peat and roasted hazelnuts.
